Back Pain / Sciatica / Stenosis

Regional manual physical therapy is the natural way of helping your body recover from back pain. At Regional your spine is extensively evaluated by an expert physical therapist who has years of training in medical evaluation of musculoskeletal conditions.

Neck Pain / Headaches

We address the root cause of your neck pain. Do you have stiffness in your neck muscles and joints? Do you feel weak when trying to lift objects and raise your arms above your head? These are signs of the cause of your neck pain. You can eliminate your pain by having a trained physical therapist, a medical expert in evaluating the way your body moves.

Walking and Balance Difficulties

Difficulty with walking leads to a downward spiral of physical and emotional well being. A natural part of the aging process is a gradual decrease in balance reactions. This leads to a feeling of uneasiness when faced with walking up or down stairs, walking on unsteady surfaces such as grass and gravel. Falls are the number one cause of death in people over 65 from trauma. Medicare is very proactive in having balance and walking screenings in physical therapy to make sure problems with walking and balance are caught early.

Arthritis Pain

Many people suffer from the debilitating problems of arthritis. Arthritis back pain, knee arthritis pain, and pain in your joints are the most common complaints. Did you know that there is something that can be done about getting your mobility back and having less pain when walking, bending, lifting, or playing your favorite sport?

Knee / Hip Pain

A knee or hip problem can put you out of commission, fast. Back and hip pain often go together. If you have pain, swelling or stiffness and you cannot bear weight on your knee, or if you have difficulty walking, you need a licensed physical therapist.

Shoulder Pain / Rotator Cuff

The shoulder is the most complicated joint in your body. The reason is that it has to move through a very large range of motion while maintaining strength and stability.

Whiplash / Auto Accident Injuries

Whiplash is an incredible traumatic injury, even at low speed collisions. Depending on which way you are hit, from behind, the side, or the front, can determine which muscle groups in your neck and spine take the brunt of the force.
